Alp Fit Camp is a brand new Health and Fitness course set in the Bavarian Alps.

Using the mountains as our gym we have developed a method of, burning fat, toning up and increasing energy levels to enable you to develop a fit, healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. Whether you want to fit back into your skinny jeans or climb Mont Blanc we will help you achieve your fitness goals.

All of these skills are enhanced by extra fitness work in the form of PT Corps style work outs developed with fat burning and muscle toning in mind. They are also supported by a calorie controlled and nutritionally balanced

We offer both exclusive Women's only and Men only fitness camps. Allowing an exclusive and non-competitive environment to work in. Unisex courses can be arranged on request. Both courses utilise a variety of activities which can include; mountain biking, trekking, climbing & abseiling, kayaking and seasonally; alpine skiing, ski touring, nordic skiing, snow-shoeing and back country survival skills. diet, aiding inch loss and providing the energy for the week's activities.

You will have all the comforts of home in our beautiful lodge, the Carnegie Alpenrose, including an exclusive use of our fitness centre, free wi-fi internet access, a cinema room and a cosy lounge and bar with UK Sky TV. Whatever your needs we will endeavour to make this an experience to remember.

Theses courses cater for a maximum of 6 people per instructor to allow us to achieve the best results for every guest, leaving you with a new skill and an interest you can continue to enjoy when you get home.

A Typical Day

A typical day would start early with a light walk/jog to wake you up and in the winter this may include an exhilarating sledge back to the Lodge. After a healthy and nutritious breakfast, activities will be chosen that best suit your needs to maximise your results. These activities will be mountain or water based and whilst burning fat, toning and shaping, they will also be great fun. In between you will be served a light and simple lunch and when it's all over each session will end with a cool down and stretching to ensure those muscles are prepared for the following days exercise. Your well deserved dinner will be specifically aimed to offer the right amount of calories for your day but still remain healthy and delicious. This will proceed an inspirational presentation, film or you can just relax on the sofa and marvel at what you have achieved that day.
