Claudia Geitner
Client Manager and Trainer
Claudia Geitner specializes in communicating social competences such as initiative, leadership, communication and stress management in action-oriented settings.
She has been working in outdoor and experiential education for 20 years in cross cultural settings. Claudia has lived and worked in the Allgäu for most of her life and likes to spend as much time in the mountains as possible.
In her 5 years of work as hard skills and soft skills trainer for the British Army she employed action-oriented methods for the training of team leaders and soldiers. Subject: consensus building in a team, decision-making and responsibility under pressure, dealing with limited resources. Today she still trains different units of the British Army.
She works on a regular basis for My Peak Potential as outdoor trainer, social competence and management trainer.
Her training is completed through seminars and training in systemic work as well as transaction analysis and she started her NLP Practitioner course in October 2009.
Outdoor qualifications: BASI ski instructor Alpine and Nordic, ski mountaineering leader, mountain leader, high ropes course trainer.
Her strengths are in observing processes, combining intuition and clarity as well as in her internationality.
